At AMD, we believe technology can change lives for the better. It can heal us, entertain us, and make us more connected, productive, and understanding of the world around us. And we’re looking for talent who feel the same: people who want to leave the planet better than they found it, those who don’t shy away from humanity’s challenges but are determined to help solve them.

AMD is powering the next generation of supercomputing, high-performance computing, cloud, and AI. Whether you’re designing next-gen processors, enabling AI breakthroughs, or creating go-to-market plans, every role at AMD contributes to something bigger — technology that moves the world forward.

  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of program management principles and applies them effectively across small to large-scale cluster delivery initiatives involving multiple technical domains and stakeholder groups.
  • Has responsibility for programs and processes of significant technical and business importance, including execution results that cross architecture, engineering, NPI validation, lab operations, deployment, and customer support areas.
  • Initiates and drives improvements to execution models, triage workflows, deployment readiness processes, lab capacity planning, and cross-team operating rhythms to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
  • Creates andmaintainsprogram artifacts such as integrated schedules, resource and lab capacity plans, deployment plans, validationreadiness trackers, risk and issue logs, decision registers, and executive status summaries.
  • Provides clear program status, dependency mapping, and executive-level visibility across cluster architecture, NPI validation, internal deployments, external/customer deployments, and support readiness.
  • Identifiesactions, owners, and mitigation plans for technical, schedule, capacity, deployment, and customer-impacting risks throughout the cluster delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with architecture, engineering, validation, deployment, business unit, customer engineering, and lab operations teams toidentifyareas requiring escalation, corrective action, or executive alignment.
