Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a hands-on Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead security engineering for enterprise AI platforms and Azure cloud environments. You will design, implement, and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data while enabling secure AI adoption across the organization.

You will oversee AI platform security such as OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise and other enterprise AI services, manage identity federation, audit logging, and secure access to AI apps.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, or DevSecOps experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience securing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud, Defender/ Sentinel, and core Azure infrastructure services.
• Advanced Terraform experience including reusable modules and IaC best practices.
• Experience with AI security technologies such as Harmonic Security, LayerX, Nightfall, AppOmni.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for enterprise AI and Azure platforms.
• Develop and tune security policies, detections, and integrations with identity, endpoint, and DLP solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain governance and incident readiness.
• Oversee governance, SCIM provisioning, audit logging, and secure access to AI applications.
• Support vulnerability management and integrate with observability platforms.
