Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to drive detection engineering, threat hunting, and incident response across our cloud and bare‑metal environments. You will design automated detection, develop playbooks, and lead proactive security initiatives to protect critical assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience focusing on detection engineering, threat hunting, or DFIR.
• Strong programming/scripting ability (Python/Go/Rust/Bash) and a track record of building automated security tools.
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud security (AWS/GCP), Linux internals, container runtime security, and network telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust detection rules, signatures, and analytics across multi-cloud and internal infrastructure.
• Lead technical incident response investigations, root-cause analysis, and containment.
• Architect automated response capabilities and SOAR pipelines; harden systems and ensure telemetry coverage.
