Northern Trust is seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Cloud Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise AI solutions within the Digital Coworkers ecosystem and Generative AI Foundation Platform. You will work with AI Engineers, Cloud Engineers, product managers, and architects to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in Azure cloud, and a proven ability to operate in a regulated financial services

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with Azure.
• Experience designing and developing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience building enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Strong experience collaborating across engineering, architecture, operations, security, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a regulated enterprise environment with governance, controls, auditability, and operational readiness expectations.
• Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities and deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop full stack applications supporting Digital Coworkers and GAi platform capabilities.
• Build modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration services.
• Develop reusable software components supporting multiple AI-driven products and business domains.
• Create scalable user experiences that simplify enterprise AI adoption and workflow automation.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Integrate applications with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop enterprise AI integrations using approved AI services and AI platform capabilities.
• Support AI lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, monitoring, governance, and operational readiness.
