Programmers.io is seeking a Senior AI CDP Engineer to design and build AI-powered customer engagement solutions using CDP, LLMs, and data platforms. You will drive customer 360, personalization, and RAG-enabled use cases in a banking/financial services context.

The role emphasizes Python-based API services, data ingestion, identity resolution, and security/compliance with Responsible AI standards. Candidates should have 8+ years in software/data engineering and 2+ years in Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or AI solution development.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Experience implementing Customer 360 or CDP solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating customer data with AI/ML models.
• Experience building at least one production‑grade AI or RAG application.
• Strong understanding of customer data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using CDP and Generative AI.
• Build customer intelligence, personalization, and 360 insights.
• Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and service automation platforms.
• Integrate LLMs with CRM, marketing platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Build RAG apps leveraging knowledge repositories and data.
• Develop APIs and AI services using Python.
• Ingest data, perform identity resolution, and enable activation use cases.
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and AI response quality.
• Collaborate with business, product, data, and architecture teams.
• Ensure data privacy, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
