Job summary

Minfy is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to own end-to-end solution architecture across application, cloud, data and AI domains. You will stay hands-on, write production code, build the hardest components, and mentor the team while ensuring security and production readiness.

You will translate business and client needs into architecture blueprints, design secure cloud-native AWS solutions, and drive quality through reviews, observability and cost-aware design.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• Hands-on coding in production systems is required.
• Proven architecture experience across distributed systems and cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical leader for assigned projects; own architecture end-to-end.
• Stay hands-on; build critical-path components and validate architecture decisions.
• Translate business needs into architecture blueprints and reference implementations.
• Design and build production AI systems with guardrails and cost controls.
• Unblock the team; debug production issues and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive engineering quality through design reviews and test strategy.
• Design secure, cloud-native AWS solutions with observability and scalability.
• Ensure secure-by-design principles and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and client teams; assist pre-sales.
• Mentor engineers and document architecture decisions.
