Job summary

Stellix is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled and automation-driven productivity initiatives across the enterprise. You’ll design, govern, and deliver end-to-end solutions by partnering with business leaders to uncover opportunities and translate needs into pragmatic, scalable outcomes.

You will blend problem solving, solution architecture, and change management to accelerate operations, improve workforce productivity, and support service delivery revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution design, business systems, enterprise productivity, workflow automation, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to define needs, shape solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated success translating ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, user stories, workflow designs, and implemented solutions.
• Experience operating as a highly independent, influential individual contributor with strong ownership.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and building alignment without relying on formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, functional stakeholders, and operational teams to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.
• Translate business needs into practical solution concepts that improve productivity, cycle time, quality, operational performance, and service delivery outcomes.
• Independently navigate the organization to build relationships and move initiatives from idea to execution.
• Communicate solution value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish measures of success for each solution, such as time savings, throughput improvement, quality gains, adoption, revenue contribution, or customer-facing impact.
