Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, implement, test, and iterate on high-quality software in collaboration with other team engineers.
• Use AI tools as an integral part of daily engineering workflows to accelerate development, improve testing, and shorten feedback loops.
• Focus on efficient, safe, and high-quality software development using AI-assisted engineering-not on training AI models or building ML pipelines.
• Build and enhance production-grade software applications through AI-assisted development workflows.
• Translate product and technical requirements into maintainable, working software solutions.
• Utilize AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation to accelerate development processes.
• Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Design and implement clean, well-structured APIs, services, and application components.
• Contribute to scalable backend systems and full-stack solutions as needed.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Participate in design discussions and technical reviews within the team.
• Orchestrate effective use of AI tools across all development activities, including code generation, refactoring, test creation, debugging, and documentation.
• Follow and help refine AI-native engineering standards and contribute improvements to AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Tech Architects and other engineers to implement best practices and deliver features end-to-end.
• Coordinate with other teams for integration, dependencies, and shared services.
• Communicate technical issues and tradeoffs clearly to engineering and product stakeholders.
