Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead AI architecture spanning knowledge, trust, and control across the enterprise. This role balances hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to drive enterprise AI adoption with robust governance and monitoring.

You will help guide foundation model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/ VLM directions, while staying current on AI trends and tooling to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and major platforms.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record in building large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while directing adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for AI knowledge, trust, and control patterns.
