Synechron seeks a Lead AI Architect to strengthen delivery of architecture work across our technology portfolio in Charlotte, NC. You will translate business needs into clear architecture artifacts and stand up prototypes to prove ideas quickly.

The role requires hands-on AI experience, strong design fundamentals, and the ability to drive rapid POCs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A competitive package accompanies this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI experience with practical work building, integrating, or architecting AI/GenAI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble end-to-end architecture artifacts: solution designs, reference architectures, diagrams, patterns, ADRs.
• Design and integrate AI/GenAI/ML components into solutions and advise on patterns, tooling, trade-offs.
• Build quick proofs of concept and prototypes to validate decisions and accelerate alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to align architecture with delivery goals and non-functional requirements.
• Present designs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and keep docs current.
