Job summary
Synechron is seeking experienced Lead Architects to strengthen delivery across our technology portfolio in Charlotte, NC. You will design AI-enabled architectures, prototype rapidly, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to align delivery goals with security, scalability, and cost considerations.
Ideal candidates have hands-on AI/GenAI experience, strong cloud and integration skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale architectures.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building or architecting AI/GenAI/ML solutions.
- Proven ability to produce clear architecture designs and documentation.
- Ability to stand up rapid prototypes and POCs to validate decisions.
Responsibilities
- Apply AI capabilities to design and integrate AI/GenAI components.
- Drive rapid prototypes to validate architecture decisions and de-risk options.
- Partner with engineering, product and business teams to align architecture with delivery goals.
- Document and communicate designs and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Uphold enterprise architecture standards and best practices across design and prototyping.
