Mudals Technologies Private Limited is seeking a hands-on Lead AI Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to drive architecture, development, and production deployment of AI/ML systems. You will bridge business challenges with scalable technical execution across Generative AI/LLMs, DL, and traditional ML, while mentoring a team of engineers to deliver reliable AI solutions in the cloud.

You will own technical architecture, guide model selection, enforce guardrails, and ensure production standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
• Expert-level Python programming and building production REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals, statistical modeling, and DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tooling (CI/CD, model registries).
• Proven leadership owning system architecture and mentoring engineers.

Responsabilités

• Architect, train, evaluate, and deploy production ML/DL/Generative AI solutions.
• Design scalable LLM applications with RAG, embeddings, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Own CI/CD, experiment tracking, model registries, and zero-downtime rollouts across clouds.
• Lead architecture reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineers across teams.
• Translate product needs into clear technical roadmaps and deliver measurable impact.
