Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to architect, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications and autonomous agent workflows for Army decision support products. Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance required and active.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI architectures and FM concepts.
• 5+ years of enterprise AI and production systems experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate autonomous AI agents using Palantir AIP.
• Lead AI architecture for production-grade systems and RAG pipelines.
• Bridge deterministic backends with probabilistic LLM outputs and strict schemas.
• Own LLMOps, with automated testing and evaluation for faithfulness and relevancy.
• Ensure security, data isolation, and governance in a DoD environment.
• Optimize context windows, latency, and cost with a priority on accuracy.
