Srinav Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer/Architect to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions from Bloomfield, CT or Lafayette, LA in a hybrid model.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and agent‑based architectures. You will work with the AI CoE to establish standards and drive adoption across delivery teams.

Qualifications

12 years of professional software engineering and solution architecture experience.
5 years of AI/ML experience with production Generative AI solutions.
Expert Python skills and production-grade backend design using FastAPI.
Experience with LangGraph or similar multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Experience designing MCP servers and governing tools, prompts, and schemas.
Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and memory patterns.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and technical direction for enterprise AI solutions.
Define reusable patterns for multi-agent orchestration and secure backend services.
Lead architecture reviews and mentor delivery teams to ensure enterprise readiness.
Collaborate with frontend, security, data, and enterprise architecture teams.
