Synechron in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. You will define AI roadmaps, establish standards, and guide teams across ML, NLP, and GenAI use cases while ensuring governance, security, and responsible AI.

The role requires 12+ years of software engineering and architecture, hands-on with major LLM platforms, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with major LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or Agentic AI frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI architectures.
• Define AI technology roadmaps, standards, and best practices.
• Architect LLM-based applications using Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead AI solution design across ML, NLP, CV, and GenAI use cases.
• Establish RAG architectures for enterprise knowledge solutions.
• Define governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate into solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for model selection, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Lead AI performance optimization, scalability, monitoring, and observability.
