EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise AI architecture spanning Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to enable enterprise AI adoption with robust governance and security practices.

The role covers Foundation Model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/ VLM directions, with a focus on scalable, compliant solutions across EY's enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Experience with AI foundation models and governance tooling.
• Ability to translate governance into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI agentic system design using foundation models, LLMs, and SLMs.
• Integrate external tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Lead with hands-on delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of AI trends, architectures, and control patterns.
