SunTechPros Inc. is seeking a strategic AI leader in Raleigh, NC to drive enterprise AI initiatives.

You will design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model serving, and inference infrastructure, while guiding RAG systems and multi-modal capabilities across curriculum content and assessments. The role requires hands-on experience with LangChain, Claude, OpenAI, and AWS SageMaker, plus expertise in knowledge graphs, adaptive learning engines, and multi-agent orchestration

• Hands-on design and deployment of AI/ML systems from data pipelines to inference.
• Experience architecting RAG systems for content retrieval and knowledge bases.
• Proven ability to orchestrate LLMs and multi-agent workflows at scale.

• Design end-to-end AI/ML system architecture including data pipelines, model serving, inference infrastructure, and feedback loops.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval from curriculum content, textbooks, and learning repositories.

• Build content generation pipelines for lesson plans, quizzes, and curriculum mapping.
• Define and govern the AI Harness for safety and observability.
• Define multi-agent orchestration patterns for curriculum design, student support, and reporting.
• Establish tool-use frameworks enabling agents to query databases and trigger LMS workflows.
• Define knowledge graphs for EdTech domain mapping learning objectives and competencies.
• Design learner memory systems tracking progress and knowledge gaps.
• Implement LLM evaluation frameworks to measure faithfulness and educational accuracy.
• Define distributed tracing across the AI request lifecycle for latency and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align with pedagogical best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept and pilot programs for Adaptive learning capabilities.
• Maintain the AI architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
