Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas seeks an AI Applications Developer for a contract-to-hire role in Phoenix, AZ. The position focuses on identifying and implementing AI solutions to reduce administrative workload and improve quality within a closed enterprise environment.

You will translate operational needs into technical specs, architect and deploy AI tools, and ensure security and compliance. Strong coding skills (Python, SQL, C#) and experience with Azure AI, Gemini, and NotebookLM are preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of programming and analysis experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Must secure Level One fingerprint clearance.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex processes into technical specs for AI implementation.
• Architect, prototype, and deploy custom AI tools in a secure environment.
• Decide between existing enterprise software and bespoke local solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of code, architecture, and prompts.
• Ensure security and compliance in AI projects.
