Job summary

Idealforce LLC is seeking an AI Applications Developer Senior/Lead to identify and implement AI solutions within the DTS closed environment in Phoenix. The role focuses on architecture, prototyping, and deploying custom AI tools, using Python and Azure OpenAI alongside Gemini ecosystems.

Translate operational needs into technical specs, guide AI adoption, and maintain thorough technical documentation. This hybrid Phoenix-based position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of programming and analysis experience; Master’s preferred.
Experience with AI/LLMs, prompt engineering and securing AI in enterprise environments.
Ability to translate complex processes into detailed technical requirements and architecture.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement AI solutions to reduce admin workload and improve quality.
Bridge between operational units and technology to specify and guide AI adoption.
Architect, prototype, and deploy custom AI tools within the DTS closed environment.
Document code, architecture, prompts, and workflows for security and compliance.
Collaborate with diverse teams and leverage approved enterprise AI platforms.
