About the Role

Join a fast-moving team building agentic AI systems that automate critical workflows for financial services organizations. You will own multi-agent systems from design through deployment and help turn complex client needs into scalable platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship production multi-agent AI workflows for investment and financial services firms.
• Architect, implement, and deploy scalable solutions on the core platform.
• Work on-site with clients and forward-deployed engineers to scope requirements and present technical capabilities.
• Translate ambiguous financial workflows into reusable platform primitives and components.
• Own projects end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of software development experience and strong Python fundamentals.
• Experience with AI tooling, LLM-powered workflows, and building or prototyping AI applications.
• A track record of independently owning projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting technical concepts to investment and financial services professionals.
• Familiarity with technologies such as React, Next.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, Redis, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and LLM or agentic AI frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

This is an on-site role based in New York, New York, United States. The role requires working from the office most of the week.
