Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a senior AI practice lead to build a Copilot agent from scratch, secure it, and connect it to business systems. You will troubleshoot issues, train client staff, and deliver AI governance workshops.

You will become Elevate's AI practice lead, coordinating across Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot ecosystem, with strong English communication to work with clients and internal teams.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build a client Copilot agent from scratch
• Secure it correctly
• Connect it to business systems
• Troubleshoot issues independently
• Train client staff
• Deliver AI governance workshops
• Become Elevate's AI practice lead

Must-have Skills/Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, with broad technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or related technologies, with practical experience using AI tools and implementing automation solutions
• Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats, including assisting the helpdesk team and handling support tickets when required
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including the M365 Admin Center.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Copilot agents, as well as resolving issues with other AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
• Strong understanding of AI security and data leakage risks
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP and sensitivity labels
• Strong experience with SharePoint, SharePoint security
• Strong SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID knowledge
• Able to connect agents to business systems using APIs and Power Automate
• Run client workshops, training sessions and AI readiness assessments
• Create professional documentation, governance policies and best practices
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements, explain technical solutions clearly, and work effectively with clients and internal teams.
