Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technology products, data products, analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong product leadership and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and enable personalized experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, SMEs, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish measures of success including adoption, usability, customer impact and business outcomes.
