Job summary

RELX is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the transformation of how we deliver analytics to internal and external customers through AI. This role guides product discovery, strategy, and execution for analytics across healthcare education products.

The candidate will translate emerging technologies and customer insights into practical solutions, partnering with diverse teams to deliver value and improve decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technology products, data products, analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrate strong product leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and meaningful customer value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Strong product and project management skills in an agile environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and enable personalized experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery, launch and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, requirements, and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment by communicating product strategy, priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs.
• Establish measures of success, including adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Use customer feedback, product data, and analytics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Champion responsible and practical use of AI, including quality, privacy, transparency, and trust.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and support agile planning and delivery.
