Job summary

evoke is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join a fast-growing AI agents startup building real agents that do real work. You will join a rotating pod and work across agent platform, infrastructure, and data, designing systems and delivering end-to-end capabilities.

You will apply first-principles thinking, explore deep domain workflows, and own outcomes from concept to production, often moving between core infra and product agent work as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Strong first-principles and systems thinking.
• Genuine curiosity about the underlying domain and workflows your agents operate in.
• A track record of owning outcomes end-to-end, not just tasks.
• High agency - comfortably chasing context and making calls with incomplete information.
• Excitement about working daily with coding agents (unlimited token budget provided).

Responsibilities

• Join a pod that reforms quarterly around top priorities.
• Move between core infra and product agent work as needed.
• Design context ontology for agents and build data pipelines that hydrate agent state.
• Collaborate across Agent Platform, Platform & Infrastructure, and Agent Data.
