Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an AI Agent Solution Specialist to design and optimize no‑code AI agent journeys within a contact center environment. You will configure flows, monitor performance, and translate interaction data into actionable improvements.

You will partner with product, engineering, and CX teams to ensure scalable, governance‑driven AI solutions with a strong emphasis on quality and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously in ambiguity.
• Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering and CX teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve no‑code AI agent journeys and conversation flows.
• Configure intents, prompts, rules, and escalation paths for scalable agent experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Monitor AI agent performance, analyze logs, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop QA scorecards, conduct audits, and ensure governance and responsible AI.
