Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team, building an agentic platform that synthesizes data and operates autonomously inside customer supply chains. You will embed in customers’ operations, designing production agents that understand context, reason, decide, and execute on behalf of users in a true 0-to-1 product effort.

You’ll partner with founders, product engineers, ML teams, and design partners to shape strategy, define workflows,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and ML teams.
• Ability to read evaluations, reason about system performance, and prototype ideas.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
• Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and AI capabilities.
• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineers and ML teams.
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas with customers and design partners.
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work.
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks.
