Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with end-to-end SDLC delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong design and coding experience with AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and improve system reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code and testing techniques.
