Concentrix seeks a Senior AI Agent & Automation Solutions Engineer in Bellevue, WA, to design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve intelligent automation using Anthropic Claude and cutting-edge agentic AI tech.

This hands-on role blends software engineering, AI agent development, reusable skills, and enterprise system integration to turn complex business challenges into secure, scalable AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on Python development, APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
Experience with LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
Knowledge of Anthropic Claude models and Claude APIs.
Ability to design reusable Claude Skills and automation workflows.
Experience integrating applications with databases and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design production-ready AI agents and automation solutions using Anthropic Claude, Claude APIs, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, Claude Skills, and related agentic AI technologies.
Develop reusable Claude Skills and agent-based automation workflows for scalable enterprise use cases.
Integrate AI solutions with databases, external services, APIs, enterprise platforms, and workflow orchestration environments.
Build secure Model Context Protocol integrations and secure tool connections where required.
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements and actionable plans.
Develop Python-based automation, APIs, asynchronous workflows, data-processing pipelines, and tested software components.
Analyze data to identify automation opportunities and measure impact.
Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring practices, AI safety controls, and production governance.
