Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to support our clients' AI journeys and shape the firm’s AI advisory offerings. You will bring advanced AI business understanding and a strong product management background to deliver strategic, impactful solutions across complex portfolios.

You will work with client teams to translate requirements into AI strategies, manage engagements, and mentor staff while aligning with client objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years in product management, consulting, or leadership roles.
• 5+ years in data platforms, ML, or AI products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and tailor engagements to meet client needs while providing leadership.
• Identify, define, and prioritize product/platform roadmaps for AI initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Maintain knowledge of AI market trends and tools across industries.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver extended value for AI initiatives.
• Communicate and provide leadership to team members to foster collaboration.
• Identify and communicate risks in delivery and AI product development.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors.
• May require extended hours or travel to different offices/locations.
