Job summary

CarlsonSV LLP in Minnesota seeks aSenior Audit Associate / Audit Senior – Agribusiness to lead audits for farmer cooperatives, grain elevators, and agricultural organizations. Hybrid or on-site work with options from New Ulm or Plymouth.

You will manage engagements from planning to completion, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality assurance services while maintaining client relationships and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of public accounting audit experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Strong client-service, communication, relationship-building, and professional-judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial statement audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage engagement timelines, work papers, and communication with managers and partners.
• Work directly with agribusiness clients to understand operations and build trusted relationships.
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to high-quality assurance services.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency and client service.
