Business Banking is a division that empowers small and mid-sized businesses with innovative financial solutions, tailored lending, and exceptional service. With a customer-centric focus, working collaboratively with our business partners our forward-thinking team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of our Business Banking clients.
The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team supporting Customer Journeys, leading the ways of working for Journey groups within and mentoring teams. They will assist in developing and executing scaling strategies to drive delivery of measurable outcomes in collaboration with our business partners. This role is also responsible for creating customized coaching plans, facilitating interactive workshops, and supporting leadership / teams to drive a continuous improvement and learning environment.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
