Ideal candidates have 8+ years of PM experience, PMP preferred, and a proven record delivering large software projects with multi-function teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience managing large, complex technical projects.
• PMP certification preferred; SCRUM/Agile experience with enterprise projects.
• Experience leading multi-function teams including business stakeholders and IT.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and development to implementation and closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders with clear status reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and product managers to assess impact on capacity and timelines.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones using appropriate tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Refine backlogs to address resource or infrastructure gaps for top priorities.
• Communicate requirements and changes to all stakeholders effectively.
• Coach and advance Agile adoption across the organization.
