Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of project management experience, including 3 years managing Agile projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and practices.
• Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency with Agile PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Rally.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders and development teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and release schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track and report performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-downs, release readiness).
• Ensure alignment of objectives with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide status updates.
• Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely delivery within scope, budget, quality.
• Support change management and facilitate organizational Agile adoption.
