Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations.
• 5+ years with DoD Major Defense Acquisition Programs for Space systems.
• 4+ years in program management, making decisions or recommendations for cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.
• Experience preparing Request for Proposals and leading proposal evaluations.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities and managing handling plans.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts and serve as a liaison to the Government client.
• Help DoD manage agile software pathway programs and technical projects with cost, schedule, and risk oversight.
• Coordinate acquisition and contract documentation in line with timelines and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to obtain consensus.
