Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials to facilitate product adoption
• Monitor user data and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and increase product usage
• Coach and mentor other Product Owners while participating in agile ceremonies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
• Strong dynamic communication skills and ability to inspire senior leadership
• Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Specialties in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Data and Analytics
