Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Senior Agile Modeling & Simulation Engineer to design, expand, and synchronize complex systems architectures using SysML.

You will translate technical specs into viable models, modernize active simulations, and ensure data standards across NASIC/A9M projects, with 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Candidates should have a TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain it, plus extensive MBSE and agile integration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience OR a Master's degree and 8 years.
• Extensive SysML and MBSE experience with minimal oversight.
• Active TS/SCI clearance for on-site Wright-Patterson AFB tasks.
• Experience with DoD software guide standards.

Responsibilities

• Model complex systems using MBSE to build dynamic intelligence structures.
• Modernize simulation workflows and standardize ontologies.
• Draft technical content for MBSE reports and document data standards.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to map system properties to backlogs.
