Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR Master's degree and 3 years in Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, or related field.
• Experience reading/modifying basic SysML diagrams and MBSE tools.
• Active TS/SCI clearance for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Responsibilities

• Modify and expand SysML system models under guidance of senior architects.
• Apply approved modeling ontologies and data standards to incoming data structures.
• Support monthly MBSE Governance Posture Report with metrics and baseline information.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies on a fixed two-week sprint cadence; log tasks in JIRA and document changes in Confluence.
