Knowledge of XP practices, clean code, refactoring, and testing strategies.
Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Apply systems analysis techniques to determine specifications.
Coach developers to design, develop, and modify systems and prototypes.
Assess current practices and identify improvement opportunities.
Coach on XP practices, refactoring, and test strategies.
Help teams implement metrics like cycle time and throughput.
Guide teams in lean thinking and continuous learning.
Collaborate with product coaches to align technical approaches with value streams.
Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Story Mapping to improve flow.
Provide progress updates showing impact to leadership.
Tailor coaching to team maturity and current capabilities.
Drive improvements in delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
