Job summary

Kroll is seeking a senior Agile Developer to modernize legacy systems on a classified network from Fort Meade, MD. You will implement Java Spring Boot and Python microservices in AWS, drive REST APIs, and contribute to secure, scalable solutions in an on-site SCIF.

Applicants must hold active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and bring 12+ years of DoD/IC development experience. Expect Agile delivery and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• 12+ years of professional software development in DoD/IC classified environments.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native development.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Python, and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices in Java Spring Boot and Python within AWS.
• Build REST services and data filtering across complex objects.
• Design scalable microservice architectures for legacy modernization.
• Implement CI/CD with Maven, GitLab, and GitOps.
• Operate containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and refine user stories.
• Design NoSQL data schemas and optimize MongoDB/DynamoDB queries.
• Apply OAuth/OIDC for cross-service authentication and authorization.
