An established industry player is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead Agile transformations in a rapidly evolving transportation sector. This role is pivotal in guiding teams towards agile maturity, designing and executing PI Planning, and facilitating agile ceremonies. The Senior Agile Coach will serve as a key member of the International IT Agile Center for Transformation team.
This position will help to define ARTs and Nexus-based teams and to coach those teams toward agile maturity as well as design and lead PI planning as part of both the expansion and the sustainment of International’s Agile at Scale.
This role will collaborate closely with the IT Operations team and business leaders to expand and sustain International’s Agile at Scale methods and practices.
The individual will work with IT and business partners to design, train and launch Agile Release Trains following International’s lean-based agile framework. This Senior Agile Coach will be a resilient and driven change agent who is passionate about digital transformation in a rapidly evolving transportation industry.
The position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters.
