The role focuses on research and production-ready systems, with emphasis on tool calling, memory, planning, and evaluation to push state-of-the-art in enterprise search technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• Strong coding, data structures and algorithms; proficient in Python/Java/C++/Golang.
• Familiar with LLMs, Agents, Search, RAG, IR or ML basics.
• Excellent problem solving, learning and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic Search and Analytics systems with planning, retrieval, and tool use.
• Develop multi-source and multimodal search across data types.
• Create a unified semantic layer for enterprise data entities and relationships.
• Explore self-evolving agents via interaction, memory, and feedback.
