DynamoFL is seeking a Senior Applied ML Research Engineer to help define security capabilities for agentic systems. You will work at the intersection of research and product, designing experiments and building prototypes to tackle emerging security risks.

The ideal candidate has an MS or PhD in Computer Science or Machine Learning and strong coding skills. This remote-friendly position allows you to work alongside leading partners in AI security.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS/ML or equivalent research experience.
• Experience fine-tuning and evaluating models.
• Strong coding skills and infrastructure ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate threat models for agentic systems.
• Design and run experiments in synthetic environments.
• Develop risk classification and automated guardrail generation.
