Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer to advance agentic AI systems and workloads from scalable research to production-grade solutions. You will build agentic components, analyze inference dynamics, and collaborate with teams owning evaluation pipelines for software and hardware.

Required MS in CS or related field with 5+ years in software development; experience with AI agents is essential, with a strong edge in inference or agent architectures being a big plus.

Qualifications

Strong experience with building AI agents.
Familiarity with how to evaluate performance of AI agents
Experience using coding agents like Codex and Claude Code
MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), with 5 years of relevant software development experience. Huge plus for recent experience to be in AI inferencing or Agents.

Responsibilities

Building agentic systems in coding and research domains internally
Architecting systems that analyze inference workload dynamics of leading agentic harnesses under realistic conditions
Collaborating with teams that lead evaluation systems for software and hardware to improve eval quality
