BairesDev is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build full‑stack AI applications and multi‑agent systems in a fully remote role. You will work across backend services, agent architecture, and cloud infrastructure to enable reliable production deployments.

You will design microservices in Python, craft MCP servers, and develop APIs for real-time LLM outputs. Strong AWS/GCP tooling, Docker, and CI/CD are required, with English fluency as a must.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with Python (FastAPI) and React.
• 2+ years building and running production LLM applications and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience developing multi-agent systems with Google ADK.
• Background integrating with OpenAI APIs, Gemini models, and third‑party model providers.
• Experience with GCP serverless infrastructure (Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with Spotify Backstage for templates and developer portals.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Codex).
• Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD automation proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior Agentic AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build full-stack AI applications and multi-agent systems that run reliably in production. This is a hands‑on position spanning backend services, agent architecture, and the cloud infrastructure that supports them. This is your opportunity to work across the entire agentic AI stack, from custom MCP servers to developer tooling that accelerates the whole engineering organization.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build high-performance microservices in Python (FastAPI) and responsive interfaces in React.
• Design, build, and maintain custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for secure, standardized agent access to external tools and systems.
• Develop RESTful and streaming APIs (Server-Sent Events, WebSockets) to handle real-time LLM outputs and agent state.
• Design and deploy multi-agent systems using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Implement multi-model architectures integrating OpenAI, Claude, and other leading LLMs.
• Build routing logic, function-calling pipelines, context management, and evaluation suites to benchmark agent performance.
• Publish AI microservice templates, agent APIs, and MCP registries into Spotify Backstage for engineering self-service.
• Deploy, containerize, and scale AI services on GCP Cloud Run and Vertex AI, and manage CI/CD pipelines with GCP Cloud Build.
• Provision cloud resources (Pub/Sub, BigQuery, IAM, Secret Manager) using Terraform.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and React.
• 2+ years building and running production LLM applications, agentic workflows, and custom MCP servers.
• Hands‑on experience developing multi-agent systems with Google ADK.
• Background integrating with OpenAI APIs, Gemini models, and third‑party model providers.
• Experience with GCP serverless infrastructure, specifically Cloud Run, Cloud Build, and Vertex AI.
• Familiarity integrating service templates and developer portals via Spotify Backstage.
• Daily experience using AI‑assisted development workflows with Cursor and Codex.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Advanced understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) specification, custom transports, and security guardrails.
• Experience building real‑time React components for streaming text, audio, and agent trajectory visualization.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, BigQuery Vector Search) and hybrid retrieval strategies.
