Job summary

Midwest Family Mutual Ins. Co. seeks a Senior Agentic AI Specialist to guide AI capabilities across enterprise systems. You will align with the Principal Architect to design agent-based solutions, evaluate tools, and optimize prompts for reliable, scalable performance.

You will collaborate with senior developers, implement RAG pipelines, and ensure governance and observability across AI initiatives while leveraging Azure cloud and a .NET stack.

Qualifications

• Experience building or working with AI/LLM-based systems in production or near-production environments.
• Strong understanding of agent-based patterns (ReAct, tool usage, etc.).
• Experience with retrieval-based systems (RAG), vector stores, or search pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Evolution: Provide input into AI-related architecture decisions and evaluate tools and models.
• Agent Lifecycle Management: Design, build, and maintain agents, define prompts and configurations, monitor production performance.
