Realign Llc in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Sr. Agentic AI Engineer to own enterprise-grade AI systems for supply chain use cases. You will lead multi-agent architectures, orchestration, RAG pipelines, and end-to-end lifecycle management in an on-site, dual contract/FTE setting.

You will collaborate with IT, product, and research teams, leverage LLMs, LangChain, and AutoGPT-style workflows, and drive secure, scalable deployments across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
• Hands-on Python production-grade AI systems; SQL, JSON, and backend services (Java a plus).
• Proficiency in AI/ML systems, generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration (ReAct, LangChain, AutoGPT).
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience designing multi-agent communication and coordination patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs and data connectors.
• Strong solution design, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems for Supply Chain use cases.
• Capture requirements, translate requirements into user stories, perform technical design, drive end-to-end testing, and support UAT.
• Lead development activities and define observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT, product, and research teams using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Drive architectural decisions across on-prem, cloud, hybrid deployments.
• Lead technical design reviews and produce design documentation; define autonomy and human-in-the-loop workflows.
