Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting is recruiting an Agent AI Architect to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions for real customer environments. You will deliver tailored automation for specific business processes and enterprise systems using Agentic AI, Python, and LangChain.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering, strong APIs experience, and customer-facing communication. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript.
Experience building APIs and integrations.
Cloud platform experience.
Knowledge of enterprise systems and automation platforms.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Ability to independently manage technical workstreams and customer engagements.
Experience in solution design and troubleshooting complex systems.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations using the UiPath platform.
Develop AI Agents using UiPath Maestro and Agent Builder.
Translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions.
Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and integrations.
Debug and resolve issues across orchestration, AI inference, integrations, and data pipelines.
Drive customer implementations from design through production deployment.
Identify risks, communicate blockers, and ensure successful project delivery.
Contribute reusable components, implementation frameworks, and best practices.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Mentor engineers and help improve technical standards.
