You will establish reference architectures, standards, reusable frameworks, and governance models; lead architecture reviews; and accelerate enterprise adoption with reusable agent assets and shared platform services.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• 7+ years in cloud-native architecture and platform engineering.
• 5+ years building AI/ML or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong enterprise architecture, reusable frameworks, and design patterns.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale platform initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.

Aufgaben

• Define enterprise reference architectures for AI Agents and related platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, reusable frameworks, and guardrails for Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead technical strategy for Agentic AI adoption across the software development lifecycle and business domains.
• Drive architecture reviews and governance for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Architect reusable agent capabilities, including memory services, context engineering, workflow orchestration, business rules engines, and tool registries.
• Define Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration patterns and agent-to-agent communication frameworks.
• Accelerate delivery through reusable agent assets, shared services, and standardized platform capabilities.
