Qualifications

• At least 4 years Agency Commercial Mortgage loan closing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or Military experience.
• At least 5+ years of Agency Commercial Mortgage loan closing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close communication with customers, originators, third party vendors and underwriters to ensure proper and timely settlement.
• Guide deal team through transaction specific matters for timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate clearly to ensure understanding and positive collaboration.
• Obtain additional information as needed with clear written or verbal requests.
• Assess investor and underwriting guidelines and apply company policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot inconsistent information to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze real estate tax and insurance escrow for closing.
• Review title requirements and state-specific tax requirements.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Legal to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with insurance analyst to ensure coverage.
• Review work products for accuracy.
• Gather and prepare information for closing documents.
• Verify underwriting and funding conditions prior to settlement.
• Ensure accurate data in all delivery systems.
• Review closing documents with counsel and ensure accuracy.
• Verify settlement statements and disbursements for compliance.
• Follow up to confirm settlement and address issues.
• Meet productivity targets and rationalize any revisions.
• Maintain strong understanding of Agency requirements and closing processes.
