• Ability to analyze complex closing information and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close communication with customers, originators, third party vendors and underwriters to ensure proper and timely settlement.
• Guide deal team through transaction specific matters for timely and accurate completion.
• Analyze complex information to perform real estate tax and insurance escrow analyses for closing.
• Review title requirements, disclosures, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify underwriting and funding conditions are signed off prior to settlement.
